Abstract: In recent years, under present condition of keeping owner right and contractual operation of land, it positively intensive management has been advanced, resulting in some achievements and effects by shifting use rights of land flowing in Chengdu countryside. The author analyses the status, mode of use right of land flowing and the significance of the rural economic development in chengdu countryside, points out some problems of the use right of land flowing, and puts forward some proper countermeasures in this paper.
