土壤中PCP-Na紫外光度分析前处理条件的研究

Study on the Primary Treatment of Analysis of PCP-Na in Polluted soil by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric Method

摘要: 用正交试验法对土壤中五氯酚钠(PCP-Na)紫外光度分析的前处理条件进行了探讨。结果表明:酸化处理时H2SO4的用量是影响土壤PCP-Na回收率的主要因素,酸化时间次之,无机盐溶液对结果无影响。试验获得的最佳组合条件是:用0.005mol/L的H2SO4溶液酸化土样30min,控温蒸馏,馏出液用0.2mol/L的NaOH定容,于320nm处直接测定土壤PCP-Na含量,可获得较高的回收率。

Abstract: By using orthogonal experimental testing method, the precondition of analysis of PCP-Na in polluted soil by ultraviolet spectrophotometric technique was determined. The results indicate there are two main factors affecting the recovery rate of PCP-Na in soil, and the volume of sulfate acid acidizing the sample and the time of acidification. The phosphate solution has no effect on the recovery rate. The best precondition to get a higher recovery rate of PCP-Na is:acidizing 10 g of soil sample 30 min with 100 mL of 0.005 mol/L of sulfate acid, and distilling at 98 ℃, then detecting the optimal density of the distillation at the wavelength of 320 nm directly.
