玉米产量性状配合力的最小二乘分析及其与杂种优势的相关性研究

摘要: 采用最小二乘法对玉米不完全双列杂交产量性状的配合力进行了分析,结果表明:一般配合力效应和特殊配合力效应对产量性状的表达均起作用,但以一般配合力效应为主。在与对照优势的相关性分析中,双亲一般配合力效应之和与其相关达极显著水平(r=0.9298**),而组合特殊配合力效应与其相关为(r=0.3681)。本试验一般配合力效应为正向的自交系分别为A3180(224.909)、DB424(129.341)、48-2(55.024);前4名强优势组合分别为DB424×A3180(41.16%)、DB406×A3180(38.98%)、DB428×A3180(34.11%)、DB424×48-2(28.62%)。

Abstract: The combining ability of yield properties of maize in incomplete diallel cross is analyzed with Least Squares Method. It shows:Either general combining ability(GCA) or special combining ability(SCA) plays a role in the expression of yield properties. But GCA is dominant. The relativity between sum of parents GCA and heterosis reaches the level of extreme significance(r=0.9298**). The coefficient of association between combination SCA and heterosis is equal to 0.3681. The first three inbred lines in GCA effect are A3180(224.909), DB424(129.341), 48-2(55.024); The first four combinations in heterosis are DB424×A3180(41.16%), DB406×A3180(38.98%), DB428×A3180(34.11%), DB424×48-2(28.62%).
