小麦穗轴节发育及其与穗部性状的遗传关系

摘要: 对包括多穗轴节在内的23个基因型穗轴节发育特征及其与穗部性状的关系进行了相关分析与典型分析,结果表明:①初始穗轴节数和后生穗轴节数增加均可能导致穗轴节数增加,初始穗轴节数的增加主要源于分化期延长,而后生穗轴节数的增加主要是由于分化速率提高;②影响穗部性状的主要发育特征是后生穗轴节数、初始穗轴节数、初始穗轴节分化速率和初始穗轴节分化期,而穗轴节的发育特征对千粒重并无必然不利作用,但对小穗结实率有不利影响,要获得小穗数多且结实率高的基因型需要引入新的遗传变异资源。

Abstract: Relationships among developmental characters of rachis node, spike traits and between these two groups of characters, in 23 different wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes, were revealed by correlation and/or canonical correlation analysis. The phase of rachis node development seems to act as two different and independent phases, IP and AP. Traits of spike are mainly affected by AN, IN, IR and IP, which lead to higher spikelet number and lower grain number per spike. It is suggested that in breeding for yield, with MRN resources, higher grain weight is more acquirable.
