草鱼细菌性败血症病疫苗的研究

Evaluation of Aeromonas Hydrophila Vaccine

摘要: 制备出草鱼细菌性败血症灭活菌苗并以口服方式免疫鱼群,剂量为:每公斤草鱼每次服用含菌数为1×1010CFU的灭活菌液。拌料投喂3d,每天3次,为一个免疫疗程。结果表明免疫15d后产生免疫力,而且强毒攻击有70%~80%保护率,免疫期至少3个月。现场应用效果良好,无任何副作用及不良反应,其发病率可降低35%以上。

Abstract: The formalinized whole cell bacterin(WCB) of Aeromonas Hydrophild LZ were applied to vaccinate Ctenopharyngodonidella. Ctenopharyngodonidella were immunized by means of taking orally. 15 days later, the degree of protection were assessed by challenge with the same Aeromonas Hydrophila strain at the dose of 1×109CFU. The results show that WCB protects mice well. Good protection is induced in Ctenopharyngodonidella immunized with WCB by oral treatment.
