新感冒灵-S注射液的毒性研究

摘要: 对昆明种小白鼠腹腔注射新感冒灵-S注射液进行了急性毒性研究,选择548.2,219.3和109.6mg/kg 3个剂量组,与阴性和阳性对照组进行了小白鼠骨髓微核试验。以改进寇氏法测得新感冒灵-S注射液的小白鼠腹腔注射LD50为1096.476mg/kg,LD50的可信限为1304.608~925.806mg/kg,表明了新感冒灵-S注射液毒性低,小白鼠骨髓微核试验为阴性反应,表明了新感冒灵-S注射液对骨髓细胞无致突变作用。

Abstract: The acute toxicity and micronucleus test of NEO-COLDENIN-S injection were studied in mice. The intraperitoneal LD50 of NEO-COLDENIN-S injection was 1096.476mg/kg. The micronucleus test of NEO-COLDENIN-S injection was carried out by intraperitoneal injection at the dose of 548.2, 219.3 and 109.6mg/kg, respectively. The result shows the toxicity of NEO-COLDENIN-S injection is low and has no mutation.
