鳖对赖氨酸营养必需性研究

摘要: 选体重22g左右的健康稚鳖30只,平均分成2组,分别饲喂Lys为1.42%、2.92%的等能等氮饵料45d。结果表明:Lys缺乏组(低Lys组)晒背率、惊吓逃跑率、摄饵量(P<0.01)、增重(P<0.01)、蛋白质和赖氨酸沉积效率(P<0.01)、肝RNA含量(P<0.05)、肝重(P<0.01)和肝L-Lys-α-酮戊二酸还原酶活性(P<0.01)下降,腐斑率、加热器附近出现率和饵料系数高,当Lys水平提高到2.92%,这些指标得以显著或极显著改善。根据生长试验结果说明:赖氨酸是鳖的必需氨基酸,赖氨酸缺乏引起鳖生长受阻、生活力和疾病抵力下降、体蛋白和肝蛋白合成能力下降、肝生长受阻和肝L-Lys-α-酮戊二酸还原酶活性下降等缺乏症。

Abstract: 30 soft shell turtles were divided into two groups, offered the semipuried diets containing 1.42 and 2.92g Lysine/100g diet were offered respectively for 45 days. Low lysine level in diet causes sunshine rate, flee rate, feed intake(P<0.01), gain(P<0.01), protein and lysine accretion rate(P<0.01), liver RNA(P<0.05), liver weight(P<0.01) and lysine-α-ketoglugarate reductase(P<0.01) activity lower than those of high lysine level in diet, but higher skin rot rate, appearance rate near hotter and gain/feed. It is concluded that lysine is the essential amino acid of soft shell turtle, the lysine deficiency with diet causes growth to depress, low living ability and resistance, protein and lysine accretion rate to reduce, liver growth and developing to depress, lysine-α-ketoglugarate reductase(P<0.01) activity to decrease.
