饲粮赖氨酸和蛋氨酸水平对幼龄雉鸡生产性能的影响

The Study of Influence of Dietary Lysine and Methionine Levels on Performance of Young Pheasants

摘要: 采用二因素二次回归正交设计,研究了饲粮Lys和Met水平对0~8周龄雉鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明:饲粮Lys和Met水平对生产性能的影响均呈二次曲线变化;极显著影响雉鸡的增重,二者之间存在显著的交互作用;饲粮Lys对料肉比影响不显著;Met水平极显著影响0~4和0~8周龄,而显著影响4~8周龄的料肉比;饲粮Lys和Met之间对料肉比的交互作用在0~4周龄显著,在4~8和0~8周龄不显著。0~4周龄获最佳生产性能需Lys和Met分别为1.560%和0.578%,4~8周龄分别为1.154%和0.452%,0~8周龄分别为1.260%和0.501%。

Abstract: With 2 factor quadratic regression right cross design, 1day old young ring necked pheasants have been used to study the influence of dietary lysine(Lys) and methionine(Met) levels on gain(ΔG) and Feed/Gain(F/G) ratio of 8 weeks old pheasants. The results are showed as follows:Lys and Met levels have extremly significant effects on gain of young pheasants(P<0.01). Lys levels have no significant effect on F/G of young pheasants(P>0.05). Met levels have extremly significant and significant effect on F/G of 0~4 and 4~8 week old pheasants(P<0.01 and P<0.05), but no significant effect on F/G of 0~8 week old pheasants(P>0.05). Pheasants of 0~4 weeks-old can achieve the optimal performance when the dietary are Lys 1.560% and Met 0.578%, 4~8 weeks-old 1 154% and 0.452%, 0~8 weeks old 1.260% and 0.501% respectively.
