玉米骨干自交系AFLP指纹图谱鉴定

摘要: 用引物组合EcoRI-AGG/Msel-CAA对我国19个玉米骨干自交系进行AFLP指纹图谱,平均对每个自交系扩增出近70条带,其中近40条带具有多态性,Mo17、A318、ES21分别有自己的特征带。结果表明,利用AFLP标记总DNA,能够从基因组上明确区分玉米自交系,可以用于玉米自交系种质鉴定。

Abstract: AFLP fingerprintings of nineteen elite maize inbreds were analysed with primer combination EcoRI-AGG/Msel-CAA. Each inbred is amplified about 70 bandings, 57.1% of which performed polymorphisms and Mo17, A318, ES21 have unique bandings respectively. The result shows that maize inbreds can be completely distinguished on genome by AFLP markers. This technique is to be applied to germplasm identification of maize inbreds.
