矮秆波兰小麦的C带分析

Analysis on Chromosome C-banding of Dwarf Polish Wheat(Triticum polonicum)

摘要: 利用改良的C带技术,分析了矮秆波兰小麦的染色体C带带型。矮秆波兰小麦具有14对染色体。非同源染色体之间,带的数目、大小、强弱及分布情况存在明显差异,因此认为C带可作为矮秆波兰小麦染色体的细胞学标记。同时,对矮秆波兰小麦A组染色体的起源进行了讨论。

Abstract: The C-banding analysis of dwarf polish wheat(Triticum polonicum) is carried out by using an improved C banding procedure. The genome of dwarf polish wheat possesses 14 pairs of chromosomes. The C-banding patterns in number, size, dyeability and distribution among all chromosomes are distinctively different. So the C-banding pattern is a cytological marker of dwarf polish wheat. The origin of A genome in polish wheat is discussed.
