摘要: 采用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(APAGE)对黑麦属(Secale L.) 8个种共20份材料进行了醇溶蛋白位点遗传多样性研究。结果表明,20份供试材料出现20种带型。不同种间带型显著不同,同一种内不同居群或不同品种间也有明显差异。说明黑麦属醇溶蛋白变异丰富,存在广泛的遗传多样性。

Abstract: Using acide polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(APAGE), the gliadin variations of 20 materials atributed to 8 species in Secale L. were analyzed. There are 20 different gliadin patterns in the 20 materials, and the patterns of each materials is unique. The gliadin patterns are quite different not only in different species, but in the same species. These results suggest that abundant gliadin varitions exist among Secale species.
