Abstract: Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the agricultural production structure of our country has been adjusted at a more rapid pace. However, it still falls behind market changes. In the last few years, with the great changes of the national economy and the good harvest of the agriculture every year, the agricultural production structure is faced with new problems. Therefore, it is very urgent to carry on another new adjustment of agricultural structure which is different from the previous ones. The eassy is on the content and policies of the latest adjustment of agricultural structure by beginning with analyzing the social economic surroundings of the latest agricultural structure adjustment.
