鲤鱼细菌性败血症及穿孔病病原菌与嗜水气单胞菌标准株特性的比较研究

Study on the Pathogen Characteristics of Carp Bacterial Septicemia and Perforation Disease Compared with the Aermonas Hydrophila Standard Strain

摘要: 从发病渔场分离的鲤鱼细菌性败血病S-1、S-2致病菌株,鲤鱼穿孔病S-3、S-4致病菌株,与嗜水气单胞菌标准株作为对照,进行人工感染试验对健康鲤鱼具有很强的致病力,出现与自然病鲤相似的症状,并从人工感染发病鱼体内分离出同样特性的菌株,通过菌体形态,培养特性和生化反应等测定,符合嗜水气单胞菌的特性,并与嗜水气单胞菌标准株作平行试验,结果一致,确定鲤鱼细菌性败血症和穿孔病均是同一病原,均属嗜水气单胞菌。

Abstract: Artificial infection with the S-1 & S-2 pathogenic strains of the carp bacterial septicemia and the S-3 & S-4 pathogenic strains of carp perforation disease succeeded. The artificial infected fish has the same symptom as the natural infected. And the bacteria with same characters were isolated from the artificial fish. The result shows these strains have strong pathogenicity to carp. According to morphology, cultural character, biochemistry reaction, these bacteria fit well to the aermonas hydophila standard strain. So the pathogens of the carp bacterial septicemia and the perforation disease are the same bacterium, that is aermonas hydophila.
