黑曲霉N25植酸酶的分离纯化及酶学性质研究

摘要: 黑曲霉N25(Aspergillus Niger)菌株所产胞外植酸酶,经硫酸铵分级沉淀,纯化测得此植酸酶分子量为69.15KD;最适pH4.6;最适温度为60℃。聚乙二醇10000、Fe2+、低磷对酶有激活作用,而Ca2+,Mg2+,Mn2+,EDTA对酶有抑制作用。

Abstract: A phytase from Aspergillus Niger(A. niger) N25 was purified by ammonium sulfate precipi-tation. Its molecular weight is 69.15KD, and optimal pH is 4.6. Its optimal temperature is 60℃. The enzyme can be activated by the Fe2+, polyethylene glycol 10000 and lower P; inhibited by Ca2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, EDTA and high P.
