四川省稻瘟病菌中dsRNA因子的检测

Studies on Double-strand RNA Elements in Pyricularia grisea from Sichuan Province

摘要: 运用dsRNA分析技术检测了来自四川各地的31个稻瘟菌株携带dsRNA因子的情况,发现有18个菌株含有dsRNA因子,占供试菌株的58%。在呈阳性的18个菌株中呈现13种完全不同的dsRNA电泳模式,表明四川省稻瘟菌可能有不同类型的病毒寄生。未发现病毒的dsRNA电泳模式与菌株的地理来源和寄主水稻品种存在相关关系。对带有病毒的菌株96-27进行单孢分离所得的20个单孢分离物中,都发现dsRNA存在,说明分生孢子进行病毒传导的效率是很高的。但其中有两个单孢分离物的dsRNA电泳模式发生变异,但未发现其菌落形态,菌丝生长速度和产孢特性与亲本菌株的明显差异。

Abstract: Mycelia extracts of 31 isolates of Pyricularia grisea from some areas of Sichuan province are analyzed for double-strand RNA (dsRNA). Among the 18 isolates, which are found to contain dsRNA, 13 distinct dsRNA electrophoretic patterns are observed. Among 20 single-conidial isolates of 96-27, 18 showed dsRNA banding identical to that of the parent isolate; Compared to that of the parents, there is another small molecular weight dsRNA band in other 2 single-conidial isolates, but there is no obvious difference between the concerned and the colonnies, growth rate and capacity to spornlate.
