转基因玉米减少无性变异、提高成活率的研究

摘要: 通过基因枪转化法将外源抗虫基因导入1个玉米(Zea mays L.)优良自交系。对受体愈伤的制备,抗性愈伤的筛选分化和转基因植株的移栽等方面的研究,采用一系列的措施,有效地降低了转化植株的畸形率,提高了转化植株的成活率。

Abstract: Foreign insecticidal genes were transgerred into 2 elite inbred lines of maize (Zea mays L.) by microprojectile bombardment. It was found that a series of measures could effectively reduce clonal variation and elevate the rate of viability of transgenic maize during the processes of calli receptor preparation, selection, regeneration and planting.
