小麦抗条锈病优质高产T1BL.1RS易位系鉴定与分析

Characterization of Wheat T1BL/1RS Translocations Conferring Resistance to Stripe Rust, Excellent Quality and High Yield

摘要: 从创制的80个新选系中鉴定出3个抗条锈病品系,应用醇溶蛋白A-PAGE检测发现其均为T1BL. 1RS易位系。麦谷蛋白亚基SDS-PAGE分析表明,3个抗病易位系均含5+10及1或2*优质蛋白质亚基。综合农艺性状表现评定认为98-1266品系表现特别优异。其籽粒主要品质性状检测表明,该品系优于对照品种川麦28号。

Abstract: The 3 lines with resistance to stripe rust were selected from 80 new breed lines. Results of APAGE analysis show that they all carry 1BL.1RS translocation. The HMW-GS pattern analysis of the 3 lines indicates that all of them have the 5+10 and (1 or 2*) HMW-GS, which are considered having a positive effect on bread baking quality. By the evaluation of most of agronomic performance, the line 98-1266 is regarded as excellent line. Furthermore, compared with chuanmai 28, 98-1266 has better major quality character
