四川地区猪群中鹦鹉热衣原体的分离及鉴定

The Isolation and Identification of Chlamydia Psittaci from Swines in Sichuan Region

摘要: 用鸡胚分离法成功地从四川地区的猪群中分离出5株鹦鹉热衣原体。用血清学试验,药敏试验,碘染试验,电镜检查,动物致病性试验等方法对5株衣原体进行鉴定。试验表明:5株衣原体均对青霉素、四环素敏感,对磺胺嘧啶不敏感;碘染试验均为阴性。5株衣原体抗原分别能与标准阳性血清反应。电镜观察5株衣原体均有大小两种颗粒(即网状小体RB和原生小体EB),具有与标准株衣原体相同的结构。结果表明:本研究分离的5株衣原体均为鹦鹉热衣原体。

Abstract: Five Chlamydia strains were isolated from feces of swine in Sichuan by chicken embryoes and identified by through mor phology, serology, drug susceptibility, filter test, iodine stained test, the pathoginicity to animals and so on. It proves that the five Chlamdia strains are susceptible to enicillin, tetracyeline, chloromy cetin and can resist sulfamlamide, streptomycin, gentamicin. The iodine stained tests are negative. The antigens of the strains can interact with the standard positive serum. The two articles are noticed under electron microscope(RB and EB). And they are similar to the standard ones in structure. All of these prove that the five Chlamydia strains of isolation are Chlamydia psittaci.
