四川紫色土微生物数量与土壤肥力相关性初步研究

The Initial Research of Relationship between Microbe Quantity and Soil Fertility in Purple Soil of Sichuan Province

摘要: 通过对四川紫色土中3大类微生物数量和土壤中有机质含量,全N、全P、全K,有效N、有效P和有效K含量测量数据的初步分析,探讨了细菌、放线菌和霉菌数量与土壤肥力的关系。上述3大菌类的数量不受单一因子的影响和限制,不会因土壤有机质、氮素、磷素和钾素的增减而有规律地升降。紫色土中微生物数量不仅与土壤养分有关,而且与土壤其它因素如水分、空气、酸碱性和与之相关的物理化学等综合因素有关。

Abstract: This paper deals with the relationship between quantity of bacteria, actinomyces, mould and soil fertility by initially analyzing the test data of three kinds of microbe quantity (bacteria, actinomyces, mould), the contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorous, total potassium, available nitrogen, available phosphorous and available potassium. The quantity of three kinds of microbe mentioned above is not affected and limited by single factor. The microbe quantity would not increase or decrease regularly with addition or decline of soil organic matter, contents of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium. The microbe quantity in purple soil is related to soil nutrients not only, but other comprehensive factors of soil such as water, air, acidity and alkalinity, are related to soil chemical and physical factors.
