摘要: 通过对培养基和培养条件的筛选和改进,提高了诱导玉米优良自交系幼胚产生胚性愈伤组织,建立转基因受体系统的效率。通过比较试验,确定了潮霉素筛选的浓度和方法。PCR检测证明,目的基因已整合到玉米基因组中。

Abstract: The efficiency of inducing embryogenic calli from young embryos of excellent inbreds in maize and establishing transgenic acceptor systems is promoted through the selection and improvement of medium and culture conditions. The concentration and method of hygromycin selection are determined through contrast experiment. It is indicated by PCR assay that the aim gene have been integrated into maize genome.
