百毒杀(BESTAQUAM-s)对鲤鱼、鲫鱼的急性毒性和抑菌作用

Study On Acute Toxicity to Carp and Crucian and Antibacterial Test of BESTAQUAM-s

摘要: 对鲤鱼、鲫鱼进行了百毒杀(BESTAQUAM-s)的急性毒性试验;同时用试管稀释法进行了百毒杀对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)两种鱼类常见致病菌的抑菌试验。结果表明百毒杀对鲤鱼24h和48h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为7.13mg/L和6.87mg/L,安全浓度为0.69mg/L;鲫鱼24h和48h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为:13.72mg/L和13.22mg/L,安全浓度1.32mg/L;对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)和荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为0.01mg/L,最低杀菌浓度(MRC)为0.1mg/L;通过对中毒死亡鱼的病理组织学观察表明:百毒杀主要是对鱼类的鳃、肠、肝和肾造成较大的损害,特别是对鳃的损害与鱼的死亡有很大的关系。

Abstract: This paper reports acute toxicity to carp, crucian and antibacterial test to Aermonas hydropila, Pseudomonas fluorescent of "BEMSTAQUAM-s". The result shows that the LC 50 of carp and crucian within 24 and 48 hours are 7.13mg/L, 6.87mg/L and 13.72mg/L, 13.22mg/L; the safety concentration of carp and crucian are 0.69mg/L and 1.32mg/L; the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and the Minimum Response Concentration (MRC) are 0.01mg/L and 0.1mg/L. The main pathological changes happen on gill, intestine, liver and kidney of fish killed by "BESTAQUAM-s", especially, the gill's damage are more serious. It leads to the fish hypoxia, suffocate and death.
