A系兔生长性状遗传参数的估测

摘要: 收集专门化品系A系兔第六世代兔生长发育测定资料,应用Harvey (1990)程序进行统计分析,估计其遗传参数,结果为:生长性状属高遗传力性状,h2=0.415-0.576。各体重性状间大部分呈显著、极显著遗传相关,rA=0.390-0.816,因而可利用早期体重进行间接选择而达到预期目的。大部分体重性状与各阶段日增重也呈显著或极显著相关。

Abstract: In the study, the growing data about the sixth generation of strain A of rabbit were collected in the breeding rabbitary of Sichuan Provincial Animal Science Academy. The genetic parameters were evaluated by using the programme of Harvey (1990). The results are as followed:The heritabilities of growing characters are high, h2=0.415-0.576. There are significant or VERY significant genetic correlations between major body weight traits, rA=0.390-0.816. So we can use body weight at early days for indirect selection to achieve the expected goal. The majority of ADG traits are significantly or very significantly correlated with body weight.
