玉米花培有效技术初步研究

摘要: 以目前适合当地生产和育种目标的玉米品种(系)为供试材料,进行玉米花药培养有效技术研究,取得如下结果:①从253份玉米材料中筛选出33份对培养有反应的材料。不同材料的诱导频率存在一定差异;材料对诱导培养基有选择性,N6培养基具有较广泛的适应性。②对桂花1号×京13和京13×获白进行花药预培养,能显著提高诱导频率。③获得了7个胚性细胞系,它们的继代能力和绿苗分化率有一定的差异。

Abstract: The experimental materials are maize varities (lines) which are suitable for local production and breeding objectives. The results are as follows:①Thirty three of the 253 maize materials are capable of forming pollen embryoid or callus. There is the distinct difference of induction frequency in different materials. N6 medium is adaptive extensively; ②Induction frequency of two materials is remarkably raised by anther pre-incubation; ③Seven embryogenic somaclones are obtained.
