波尔山羊与南江黄羊杂交一代生长发育研究

Study on the Growth and Development of Hybrids of Boer Goats with Nanjiang Yellow Goats

摘要: 以波尔山羊为父本,南江黄羊为杂交母本所产生的杂种一代(BN),在体型外貌上继承了波尔羊的遗传特性,改善了南江黄羊(NN)的肉用体型。BN的初生重极显著地高于同期出生的NN (P<0.01)。在较粗放的放牧饲养管理条件下,BN公、母羊2、4、8日龄的体尺均超过同龄的NN。BN羊1至8月龄的体重和日增重均显著或极显著地高于相同条件下饲养的同龄NN (0.01 < P<0.05或P<0.01)。如果改善和提高相应的饲养管理条件和营养水平,波尔山羊的优良肉用遗传特性将会得到更充分的体现。

Abstract: The hybrids(BN) of boer goat(♂) with Nanjiang yellow goat(♀) inherit the gene of Boer goat in body conformation and improve the meat type of Nanjiang Yellow goat(NN). The birth weight of BN kids is higher than that of the contemporary NN significantly (P<0.01). Under the same extensive grazing conditions, the body size of BN goats surpasses that of the contemporary NN kids at the age of 2, 4, 8 months. The body weight and the average daily gain(ADG) from the first month to the eighth month are higher than that of the NN of the same age significantly or remarkable significantly (0.01< P <0.05 or P<0.01). If the feed and management are improved and the nutrition levels are higher, the excellent meat gene of Boer goat will be shown fully.
