饲粮能量、蛋白质水平及赖能比对早期断奶仔猪生产性能的影响

The Effect of Dietary Energy,Protein Levels and Lysine:Energy Ratio on Performance of Early weaned Pigs

摘要: 采用三因素二次回归正交组合设计,研究了能量(DE:3.0~3.8Mcal/kg),粗蛋白质水平(CP:15%~25%)与赖能比[(Lys:DE):0.6~1.2(g.Lys)/(MJ.DE)]对28日龄断奶仔猪(长白×汉梅)的日增重(ADG),饲料转化率(F/G)、日采食量(ADFI),血浆尿素氮(PUN)及血浆游离赖氨酸的影响,试验期42d。结果表明:能量、蛋白质水平及赖能比对仔猪生产性能均有影响(P<0.01),其中以赖能比的作用最重要。仔猪28~60日龄(5~15kg)与60~70日龄(15~20kg)的ADG、ADFI、F/G及70日龄的PUN均随能量、蛋白质水平及赖能比的改变呈显著二次曲线变化。28~60日龄,随能量、蛋白质水平及赖能比增加,ADG和F/G改善;60~70日龄能量水平为3.4 Mcal/kg左右,ADG和F/G达最佳,高于此水平ADG和ADFI下降,F/G增大。在试验条件下,根据影响规律将仔猪营养需要划分为28~60日龄与60~70日龄两阶段,28~60日龄与60~70日龄获得最佳生产性能的能量、蛋白质水平及赖能比(赖氨酸)需要量分别为:3.8M cal/kg、2.5%、0.96(g.Ly s)/(MJ.DE)(1.52%)与3.36M cal/kg、25.0%、1.1(g.Lys)/(MJ.DE)(1% 54%)。在此营养水平下,ADG与F/G分别为343g/d,1.261;593.9g/d,1.480。

Abstract: Fifty one crossbred pigs weaned on 28 days of age with 5.02±0.24kg of body weight, were used to study the effect of dietary digestible energy (DE:3.0~3.8Mcal/Kg), crude protein (CP:15%~25%) and Lysine:energy ratio[(Lys:DE):0.6~1.2(g. Lys)/(MJ.DE)] on postweaning performance of pigs with 3 factor quadratic regression right cross design. The results and regression anaLysis are showed as the follows:①DE, CP levels and Lys:DE has significant (P<0.01) effect on performance of early weaned pigs, of which Lys:DE is the most important factor; ②As increased in DE, CP level and Lys:DE, average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), Feed/Gain (F/G) and plasma ures nitrogen (PUN) change quadratically (P<0.01 of P<0.05) of 28~60 days and 60~70 days; ③Before 60 days of age, ADG increases and F/G decreases with an increase in DE, CP level and Lys:DE. But after 60 days of age, ADG decreases and F/G increases as DE increases up to about 3.4Mcal/kg; ④It is recommended that for pigs weighing 5~20kg be divided into two stages of 5~15kg and 15~20kg. Pigs weighing 5~15kg, 15~20kg can achieve the best performance when the dietary levels of DE, CP and Lys:DE are 3.80Mcal/kg, 25.0%, 0.96(g.Lys)/(MJ.DE)(1.52%Lys), 3.36Mcal/kg, 25%, 0.96(g.Lys)/(MJ.DE)(1.54%Lys), respectively. ADG and F/G reach 343g/d, 1.261 for pigs weighing 5~15kg and 593.9g/d, 1.480 for those weighing 15~20kg.
