Study on Transfer and Reutilization for Microelement Zinc in Plant-soil Ecosystem

摘要: 应用65Zn示踪技术,研究了微量元素锌在植物-土壤中的吸收转移及再利用。结果表明:无机态65Zn施入不同类型的土壤(正常土和缺锌土)后,植物(玉米)对65Zn的吸收利用率差异极显著,分别为2.04%和2.74%,有88.84% 65Zn残留于土壤和8.77% 65Zn淋失。残留于土壤中的65Zn只有0.14%被下茬作物(大麦)再利用,而大部分则不被根系吸收利用。本文对微量元素锌肥的安全使用问题进行了讨论。

Abstract: Absorption, transference and re-utiligation of zinc in plant soil ecosystem were studied by using radiotracer technique. The sesults from the experiments reveal that the utiligation rate of 65Zn by maige plant in Zn-deficient soil (2.74%) is significorntly different from that in normal soil (2.04%). Among the total amount of 65Zn applied, 8.77% is washed away and 88 84% is retained in the soil in which only 0.14% is re-utiligation by the barley in next yeas. Efficient and safe application of the zinc fertitiger in practice is concerned and discussed.
