四川小麦主栽品种酯酶同工酶遗传差异分析

The Study on Genetic Variation of Esterase Isozymes of Sichuan Major Wheat Cultivars

摘要: 对四川近50年来年推广面积6.67万hm2(100万亩)以上的40个主栽小麦品种进行了酯酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析。结果表明,16条酯酶同工酶酶带中有7条酶带呈现多态性,其余9条酶带在所有供试品种中无差异,为四川栽培小麦品种的基本带。40个小麦品种具有7种酯酶酶谱,其中32个品种具有完全相同的酶谱,该酶谱为四川主栽小麦品种的优势酶谱。另外,8个品种具有6种酶谱类型,表明这些品种在同工酶水平上的分子特异性,可以作为这些品种鉴定的同工酶指纹。

Abstract: In this study, the esterase isozymes were analysed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the 40 wheat cultivars, which has once popularized above 6 67×104hm2 per year in Sichuan during the last 50 years.The results shows as follows:16 bands are seperated by electrophoresis and 7 of them were polymorphism.All of the studied cultivars has 9 identical bands, which are the common bands in Sichuan wheat cultivars. 7 different zymograms are observed in the 40 cultivars, among which type-1 distributed in 32 cultivars. So type-1 is the preponderant zymogram. The remainder 8 cultivars have 6 zymograms. Based on this result, it is concluded that esterase zymograms could be used as the fingerprint to iderntify some cultivars.
