含6x小黑麦血缘的抗病小麦新材料的选育及醇溶蛋白分析

Gliadin Analysis of New Wheat Germplasm with Disease Resistance Derived from 6x Triticale

摘要: 3个6x小黑麦品种和2个普通小麦品种杂交回交,选育出NR9892等11个系群216个株系,其中大部份抗条锈病或(和)白粉病。应用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(APAGE)分析了NR9892系群的64个株系及其亲本Currency、小偃6号和川育12号的醇溶蛋白。结果表明:17.19%的株系含有黑麦1RS所特有的Gld1B3位点,57.81%的株系在G1i-2位点发生了普通小麦与6x小黑麦遗传物质重组;64个株系中出现了1种亲本类型,3种重组类型和3种突变重组类型,突变率17.19%。文中还讨论了6x小黑麦向普通小麦导入有用遗传物质的育种方法。

Abstract: advance lines including NR9892 from 11 selected group were obtained from crosses and backcrosses between 3 hexaploid triticale and 2 common wheat. Most of these lines exhibited high resistance to wheat stripe rust and powdery mildew. Gliadin patterns of 64 lines and its parents including Currency, Xiaoyan 6 and Chuanyu 12 were analyzed by acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (APAGE). The results show that 17.89% of the lines contain Gld1B3 loci conducted by 1RS of rye chromosome, and Gli-2 loci of genetic recombination between 6x triticale and wheat exists in 57.81% lines, as well as 1 parent type, 3 recombinants type and 3 mutants type with mutation frequency of 17.19% are also observed in 64 lines. In addition, the breeding method of transfer genetic materials from 6x triticale into common wheat is discussed in the present paper.
