植酸酶产酶条件及热稳定性的研究

Studies on Condition of Producing Phytase and Thermostability Properties

摘要: 对黑曲霉9701、米曲霉9712、根霉9702三种霉菌进行固体培养法生产植酸酶的条件研究。结果表明:在30℃±1℃条件下,黑曲霉9701培养7d产酶活力达14052pu/g;米曲霉9712培养6d,产酶活力达15387pu/g;根霉9702培养6d,产酶活力达14070pu/g。对黑曲霉9701用缓冲液(pH4.8)控制pH,在30℃±1℃培养7d,产酶水平达21310pu/g。将黑曲霉9701植酸酶液在90℃条件下保温15min,仍保留76%的原酶活性。

Abstract: The condition of producing phytase of Asp.niger 9701, Asp.oryzae9712 and rhizopus sp. 9702 are compared in solid state fermentation process. The results show:Asp.niger 9701 is incubated at 30℃±1℃ for 7 days, and it can produce 14052pu/g; Asp.oryzae 9712 and rhizopus sp. 9702 are incubated at 30℃±1℃ for 6 days, and they can produce 15387pu/g and 14070pu/g, respectively. In addtion, by controlling the pH of the buffer Asp.niger 9701 can produce phytase to 21310pu/g. When the phytase of Asp. Niger 9701 is put into 90℃ for 15min, the activity retains by 76%.
