水稻无花药不育材料的研究

Study on Anther Defective Male Sterile Line in Rice

摘要: 培育水稻新质源雄性不育系是保证杂交水稻高产、稳产和避免因细胞质单一引起的遗传脆弱性的重要手段。通过对分别具有野生稻、籼稻和粳稻细胞质的无花药不育材料M01、M02、M03的研究发现:①水稻无花药雄性不育可由核质互作产生;②水稻无花药雄性不育特性可稳定遗传;③当水稻花药退化到仅剩余花丝时,其雌性生殖器官也发生相应的退化,从而导致雌性败育(结实率极低);④水稻无花药不育系的恢复谱与现有所有水稻三系不育系的恢复谱不相同。

Abstract: Exploring novel source of cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) is essential to stabilize the productivity of hybrid-rice. By respectively researching anther defective sterile line M01, M02, M03 with wild, indica and japonica rice cytoplasm, the following results are found:1.Anther defective male sterility can result from the interaction between the nuclear and the cytoplasm; 2.Anther defective male sterility can be hereditable steadily; 3.While anther retrogrades solely, its female does so, resulting in female sterile; 4.Restore line defective of anther is different from others'.
