有缺失数据单因素随机区组试验资料分析的最小二乘法与估计缺值法的比较研究

THE STUDY ON COMPARISON BETWEEN THE METHOD OF LEAST SQUARES AND THE METHOD OF ESTIMATING MISSING DATA FOR ANALYZING MISSING DATA IN SINGLE FACTOR EXPERIMENT WITH RANDOMIZED BLOCK DESIGN

摘要: 用最小二乘法和估计缺值法对同一有缺失数据的玉米新组合比较试验资料进行分析,对分析结果进行比较研究,结果表明:最小二乘法能估计出组合效应,获得组合的最小二乘均数,精确地进行方差分析和多重比较,与传统的估计缺值法相比,最小二乘法更为简便,分析结果更精确可靠。

Abstract: Missing data in an experiment for contrast of maize combinations were analyzed by the method of least squares and the method of estimating missing values, and the results of analysis were compared between the two methods. It showed that the effects of maize combinations could be estimated, the Least squares means could be obtained and the analysis of variance and multiple comparison among the least squares means of maize combinations could be performed precisely by using the method of least squares. Compared with the method of estimating missing values, the method of least squares was simpler and its results of analysis were accurate and reliable.
