6x小簇麦与8x小偃麦杂种F1的细胞遗传学分析

CYTOGENETIC ANALYSIS OF F 1 HYBRID BETWEEN 6x TRITICUM DURUM-DASYPYRUM VILLOSUM AMPHIPLOID AND 8x AGROTRITICUM

摘要: 用6x小簇麦与8x小偃麦进行杂交,获得杂种植株,对杂种F1的形态学、减数分裂行为进行分析的结果表明,杂种F1继承了双亲抗白粉病、条锈病的特性;减数分裂时期单价体明显偏多于理论值,在末期Ⅱ中存在大量微核。杂种F1雌配子有部分育性,可以通过与普通小麦的连续回交,在其后代中选择符合育种需要的着丝粒断裂-融合和小片段易位系。

Abstract: The F1 hybrid plants were obtained between 6x Triticum durum-Dasypyrum villosum amphiploid and 8x Agrotriticum. The analysis of morphology for the hybrid plants and chromosome pairing at meiosis metaphase I in the F1 hybrid indicate that F1 plants are morphologically more similar to 8x Agrotriticum, and resistance to powdery mildew and yellow rust are derived from their parents, and univalents in meiotic MI are more than expected, a number of micronuclei in tetrad phase of meiosis are also observed. The hybrid F1 is partial egg fertile and backcrossed seed is produced when common wheat is as pollen parent, which infer that desirable materials, such as translocarion lines, can be selected from the backcrossed progenies for wheat improvement.
