Abstract: As the govermental restructure is deepening and the modern enterprise regime adopting in China, forest farms will take even rapid steps in marketing expansion. However, forest farms are encountering compound economic delimas. How to build an edemic developing way for better management on basis of its multiple benifit achievement is both a very important approach and a new concept for Chinese forestry economic development.
