A STUDY ON THE TECHNIQUE OF MICROREPRODUCTION OF GYPSOPHILA PANICULATA

摘要: 用无病毒满天星的带芽茎段作为外植体,研究其组培试管苗生长协调性。结果表明:在起始培养中,以MS+BA2.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L培养基为最好,侧芽诱导率最高,平均为1.8个;在增殖培养中,低世代使用MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L培养基为最佳,增殖倍数为18~25倍,在高世代使用MS+BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L培养基为最佳,增殖倍数在40倍左右且兼顾了试管苗的粗细、节间长度和愈伤组织块的大小,使之生长协调性良好;在根的诱导中,使用1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L培养基最易诱导生根且根系发达。

Abstract: By using segments of the stems with buds of non-virus Gypsophila paniculata as explants, the growth harmonization of the young plants cultured in test tube has been studied. The results suggest that:in the primary culture, MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L mcdium shows the best result, the inductive rate of the lateral buds is the highest, the mean value is 1.8; in the subcuture, MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L medium in the primary generations may increase their rates to about 18~25 times; the best medium in the late generations is MS+BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L which may increase their rates to about 40 times, harmonize their degrees of thicknesses, their intercode lengths and their callus sizes of the young plants, and make their growths harmonious; in the root reduction, 1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L medium may very easily induce their root developments, and help their root systems develop greatly.
