越冬期不同寄主桃蛀螟酯酶同工酶研究

COMPARISONS OF ESTERASE ISOZYMES OF THE YELLOW PEACH MOTH, DICHOCROCIS PUNCTIFERALIS GUENEE, ON DIFFERENT HOST PLANTS DURING OVERWINTERING STAGE

摘要: 利用PAGE对在玉米、石榴和扁豆三种不同寄主上桃蛀螟越冬期幼虫进行了酯酶同工酶测定。结果表明,寄主为玉米、石榴和扁豆的桃蛀螟幼虫血淋巴酯酶同工酶存在一条相同的酶带,但又存在明显的酶谱差异;生活于玉米和扁豆的幼虫酯酶同工酶校相似,但与石榴寄主上的幼虫酯酶同工酶谱差异较大。

Abstract: The esterase isoxymes from the hemolymph of larvae of the yellow peach moth, Dichocrocis punctiferalis Guenee on 3 host plants (maize, Zea mays L., hyacinth bean Dolichos Lablab L., pomegranate, Punica granatum L.) during overwintering stage were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that larvae on different host plants possess the common band. However, significant difference (the band number, Rf and the enzyme activity) are shown on both zymogram and scanning zymogram. The esterase zymogram of larvae on the maize and hyacinth bean are similar, whereas the significnt diference between est. zymogram of larvae on the maize and hyacinth bean and that of larvae on pomegranate are found.
