黄山松木材解剖及其与台湾松的比较研究

THE COMPATATIVE RESEARCH ON WOOD ANATOMY OF PINUS HWANGSHANESIS AND P. TAIWANENSIS

摘要: 采自福建九仙山、向北直至大别山的黄山松(Pinus hwangshanensis)试材9株,以及产于台湾的台湾松(P. Taiwanensis)标本2块,分别进行木材显微和超微结构比较研究。结果发现:不同地理位置和环境条件对于黄山松木材解剖产生一定影响,主要是年轮结构随纬度而变化,即由南向北,早、晚材变化具有渐变→略急变→急变的倾向。轴向树脂道分布亦然,由主要分布于早材带→早、晚材交界处→主要在晚材带。超微结构显示:黄山松与台湾松在木射线管胞内壁锯齿发育程度,以及轴向管胞径壁具缘纹孔的超微结构存在种间的明显差异。因此认为二者属于松属近缘,但不应归入同种。

Abstract: 9 Pieces of wood samples of Pinus hwangshanensis were taken from Jiuxiang Mountain in Dehua county in Fujian Province, to northern Dabie Mountain. Another 2 pieces of samples of P. taiwanensis were from Taiwan Province. The research checked Pinus hwangshanensis against P. taiwanensis in wood microscopic structure and ultra-microstructure. The findings indicate:Different geographical position and environment conditions have an influence on wood anatomy of Pinus hwangshanensis. The structure of the annual ring changes with Latitude. From south to north it had a trend that the transition from early wood to late wood was from gradual to moderately abrupt then to abrupt. The distribution of longitudinal resin ducts altered from being in earlywood area for the most part to being in earlywood-latewood transition area, then to being in latewood area mainly. The results on ultra-microstructure show:P. hwangshanensis had a close relative in taxonomy to P. Taiwanensis, but some important characteristics distinguished between two things.To the former,the dentate ray trachied thickenings became more shallow and the part tips of the dentate connected in fine net-shaped, to bordered pit of trachied the torus was bigger,the radial supporting strands made of microfibril in the margo region of the closing membrane thickened,obviously; To the latter the dentate ray trachied thickening became deeper, connected in net-shaped, around the torus there were deposited amorohous substance bulging and forming dish-shaped.The radial supporting strands in the margo region of closing membrane not being clear, some microfobril surouded like concentric circles. It results that the two kinds of tree must belong to different species by the evidence of wood microscopic structure and ultra-microstructure.
