中华鳖细菌性传染病病原研究

STUDY ON THE PATHOGEN OF BACTERIAL INFECTIOUS DISEASE IN CHINESE SOFT-SHELLED TURTLE

摘要: 从四川省名山县、攀枝花市养鳖场患鳖红脖子病、穿孔病和出血病的垂死稚、幼鳖的溃烂皮肤组织,肝、脾、肠道组织和血液中分离到3株细菌。用分离的细菌人工感染健康稚鳖,可诱发与自然发病鳖类似的病症。通过对细菌的形态特征、培养特性和生化特性分析,证明:2株致病菌是嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila),1株致病菌是温和气单胞菌(Aeromonas sobria),3株细菌对兔红细胞均有溶血作用,但溶血能力有差异;对链霉毒等多数抗菌药物敏感,并具有共同的抗原成分。

Abstract: Three strains(M-96, P-2 and M-1) were isolated from fester skeen, Liver, splen, intestine and blood of moribund young Chinese, Soft-shelled turtle, which had been infected ned neek disease, perforated disease and hemorrhage disease in two local Chinese Soft-shelled turtle farms in Sichuan province. Similar pathological changes could be experimentally infected by the isolates via abdominal cavity inoculation in normal Chinese Soft-shelled turtles. After studing on the morphous, cultural and biochemical characterization of the bacteria, two strains had been identified to be Aeromonas hydrophila, one was Aeromonas sobria. There were different hemolyzation, similar resistance antigen and components in three strains.
