用热压干燥法干燥的速生柳杉材的抗弯强度研究

摘要: 本文叙述了用我们研制的木材电热热压干燥装置干燥柳杉(Cryptomeria fortunei)小径材板材,当板厚为25mm,最高温度为170℃,压力0.2MPa,时间70分钟,终含水率10%的试材同温度为60℃,时间为120小时干燥的窑干材相比,抗弯强度与弹性模量分别减少了5.4%和6.5%,而厚度干缩率和密度分别增加了1.3%和1.8%,但统计上均无显著差异。宽度干缩率减小67.9%,差异显著。

Abstract: 25mm-thick platation Cryptomeria fortunei press-dried at 170℃, 0.2 MPa for 70 minvtes were Compared to those of kilndried at 60℃ for 120 hours, and modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity decreased 5.4 and 6.5 percent, repectively, thickness shrinkage and specific gravity increased 1.3 and 1.8 percent respectively;however the difference was not statistically significant, and width shrinkage decreased 67.9 percent, the difference was statistically significant.
