仙人掌多糖的分离纯化及初步分析

摘要: 本文报导了仙人掌多糖的分离纯化及初步分析。仙人掌老茎干粉多糖收的率为4.62%,嫩茎干粉多糖收率4.10%,大大高出用相同方法提取当归、枸杞等中药材得糖率。粗多糖由葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、鼠李糖等单糖组成,经DEAE-Eextran Gel A-25柱层析,可得一个中性组分和两个酸性组分,各组分总多糖含量在17%-43%之间。

Abstract: This paper reported a study on the purification and preliminary analysis of polysaccharides of Opuntia Vulgaris Mill. The coarse polysaccharides yield 4.62% has been obtained from the old Opuntia Vulgaris Mill. The coarse polysaccharides of the tender Opuntia Vulgaris Mill was 4.10%. The yield is muchmore than the yield of Angelica sinensis Dids. and Lycium chinense Mill. The component sugars after hydrolysis of the polysaccharide were identified as glacose, arabinose, Xylose and rhamnose. It could be separated into oneneutralfraction(A)and two acidic fractions(B, C), observed with themethod of DEAE-Dextran Gel A-25 chromatography. The sugars of each part are 17%-43%.
