蜀永系列茶树品种多酚氧化酶的等电聚焦研究

摘要: 本文用等电聚焦电泳技术,分离蜀永系列茶树品种的多酚氧化酶。结果表明:在等电状态下,多酚氧化酶能保持活力,在所测试的9个品种中,分离出多酚氧化酶同工酶多达15条。结合品种主要性状,分析了同工酶酶谱与品种形态、生理生化特征的关系,认为从同工酶遗传变异的角度,可根据酶谱组成来预测品种主要性状,进行茶树品种性状的早期鉴定。

Abstract: Ployphenol oxidase isoenzymes of nine varieties was studied by isoelectric focusing and more than 15 isoenzyme bands were seperated in keeping active of the polyphenol oxidase. In addition, combined with the main character of tea variety, the relationship between the isoenzymogram charater and the main physiological and biochemical charateristics of tea varieties was analysed. Results showed that the main character of tea variety can be predicated and the early stage identification of tea variety can be carried out accordihg to the isoenzymegram characterstics from the aspect of isoenzyme hereditary variation.
