黑熊染色体组型分析

摘要: 用微量全血培养方法研究了黑熊染色体的形态和数目,并对其染色体组型进行了初步分析。研究结果表明,正常黑熊核型为:♂[♀]2n=7410(M)+8(SM)+54(T)XY(TT)[XX(TT)]。X染色体较大,间于20号与21号染色体之间,Y染色体较小,间于30号与31号染色体之间。

Abstract: Chromosomes of black bear(Selenarctos thibetanus) were prepared from peripheral blood lymphocytes. Idiogram/Karyotype of black bear were studied. The number of diploid chromosomes was 74, 37 pair. Males had 36 pair of usual chromosomes and 1 pair of sex chromosomes XY, whereas females had 36 pair of usual chromosomes and 1 pair of sex chromosomes XX. The karyotype of black bear was ♂[♀]2n=10M+8SM+54T XY(TT)[XX(TT)], NF=92. Sex chromosomes X and Y was tip centromere. The X was longer than Y, and it between 20th and 21th chromosomes. The Y between 30th and 31th.
