新荣昌猪Ⅰ系肉质性状的遗传参数估计

摘要: 本研究分析了1990-1995年间新荣昌猪Ⅰ系同胞肥育性能的资料共173头。采用公畜模型REML方法估计了主要肉质性状的遗传参数。结果得出:主要肉质性状的遗传力中等偏高,介于0.28到0.48之间,肌内粗脂肪含量的遗传力高达0.81;肉质性状间的表型相关中等偏低,在-0.47到0.50之间,多数达显著水平;肉质性状之间的遗传相关则中等偏高,从-0.88到0.97,但多数不显著。

Abstract: Records on 173 New Rongchang Pigs for meat quality traits between 1990 and 1995 were used to estimate genetic parameters. Heritabilities of meat quality traits range from 0.20 for meat colour to 0.81 for intramusular fat. Phenotypic and genetic correlaitons between meat quality traits range from -0.47 to 0.50 and Genetic -0.88 to 0.97 respectively.
