摘要: 本文以来源不同的9个玉米自交系及其按双列杂交组成的36个杂种为材料,研究了玉米幼苗吸收硫酸盐(Na235SO4)能力的遗传。结果表明:根系对硫酸盐的亲和性(Km)以非加性基因效应较重要,呈越显性;正负效应基因频率分布呈不对称性。控制Km的显性基因为减效基因,控制产量的显性基因为增效基因。配合力分析及Hayman分析一致地表明,Km与产量间存在着密切联系。评价出两个优异自交系(合二和292)及可能具有更广泛适应性和高产特性的三个杂交组合:合二/中多5-1、8112-3/292和292/Bjk108-23。

Abstract: This paper deals with the genetic effects on yield and sulfate uptake affinity(Km) by seedling roots in maize. The data used in analysis came from an experiment involving 9 inbred lines and their 36 single crosses in a diallel mating design, without reciprocals, The results showed that there were significantly non-additive gene action and overdominance with the two traits. The dsitribution of positive and negative gene frequency behaved an unsymmetry for all characters. The dominance direction for Km was on the decrease, but for yield was on the increase. According to combining ability and Hayman's analysis results, the relationship between Km and yield was significantly close to each other. Two best ovetall inbred lines, "Heer and 292", and three bybrids, "Heer/Zhongduo5-1, 8112-3/292 and 292/Bjk108-23", which might have the characteristics of wide adaptation and high grain yield, were identified.
