玉米部分优异资源主要性状的遗传表现及利用

摘要: 以"八五"征集编目的优异玉米自交系为材料,采用不完全双列杂交设计研究了主要性状的遗传表现。结果表明:多数主要性状的一般配合力符合育种要求的、遗传上表现优异的资源有:武132、武135、中5021、齐318和48-2,可在育种中直接利用,其产量一般配合力较高,也可间接利用。小区产量的一般配合力与株高、穗位高、穗粗、千粒重的一般配合力正相关显著,有利于间接改良和选择。小区产量与其相应特殊配合力表现不一致,以特殊配合力效应作评判时要慎重。

Abstract: By using the mating design Ⅱ, maize inbred lines, regarded as exscellent, were tested for main traits in 1994. The results indicated that the lines W132, W135, Zhong-5021, Qi-318 and 48-2, their general combining abilities(GCA) of most traits, were of benefit to F1 heterosis and can be directly used as parents in hybrid corn breeding and indirectly as basic materials for improving individual trait of other lines. GCA of plot yield was positively correlated with the GCA of plant height, ear height, ear diameter, 1000 kernel weight. Their correlations can give some guide to the improvement and selection of inbred lines. The Plot yields didn't coincide with estimates of special combining ability(SCA) of plot yield. Using SCA evaluate crosses must be careful.
