建昌鸭白羽系三系配套组合的生产性能研究

STUDY ON THE PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE OF THREE-WAY CROSS USING THE WHITE PLUMAGE LINE OF JIANCHANG DUCK

摘要: 本试验采用了三元杂交配套模式(即M♂×J♀→MJ♀×F♂→GMJ),以亲本M、J为对照,测定了单杂交母本MJ的繁殖性能,研究杂交鸭GMJ、GM、GJ和亲本G、M、J六个组合在放牧补饲和合饲方式下的肉用性能。结果表明:MJ40周产蛋量为203.7个,比J(147.2个)提高56.5个,MJ为全年产蛋,无季节性。舍饲7周龄,GMJ重2726.5g.比J提高全净膛重34.5%,胸肌63.9%,腿肌23.0%。杂交显著提高了建白羽系的生长速度和产肉量,改变了J胸肌薄弱的缺点。

Abstract: In this paper the model of three-way crossing, i.e., M♂×J♀→MJ♀×G♂→GMJ, was studied to improve the reproductive performance, growth rate and meat yield of a white plumage line of Jianchang Ducks(J). The carcass analysis was carried out for ducks at age of 7-8 weeds. The results showed as follows:The egg yield achieved 203.7 eggs for MJ in 40 weeks, 56.6 eggs higher than that ofJ(147.2 eggs). No significant laying season was observed in MJ in part I. In housing, the mean liveweight of GMJ in the 7th week was 2726.5g. The percentage of eviscerated weight and breast muscle yield were increased by 47.9 and 89.3 respectively, compared with those of J. On creep-feeding pasturing, the mean live-weight of GMJ in 7-8 weeks of agewas 2346.9-2614.0g. 39.0 or 32.6 percent higher than those of J. The percentage of eviscerated weight, breast muscle yield and leg muscle yield for GMJ were 34.5.63.9 and 23.0 respectively higher than those of J. In was concluded as follows:The egg yield and egg weight of J could be increased significantly crossed with big meat-type dam line. The rate of growth and meat productivity(especially for breast muscle) could be marketly improved by the three-way cross.
