四川稻瘟病菌有性世代初步研究

摘要: 1990——1993年,从四川省水稻及马后植株上获得235个Pyriculariagrisea菌株,与来自的标准苗株6023(交配型"a"),及2539W(交配型"A")杂交,进行有性世代研究.结果表明:四川的大多数分离菌属于交配型"A",只在涪陵地区发现一株"a"交配型.水稻分离菌的有性世代形成能力高于马唐分离菌;两性菌株主要分布在四川盆周地区.

Abstract: 1990-1993 a total of 235 strains of Pyricularia grisea isolated from Oryza sative and Digtaria sanguinalis in Sichuan province were studied for perfect stage cross with standard strain 6023 (mating type ‘a’) and 2859W (mating type ‘A’). The results indicate that most of isolates from Sichuan province are belonging to mating type ‘A’, except one strain mating type ‘a’ which is found from Fulin district. Based on the capability of perfect stage formation the isolates from rice plants are higler than that from Digtaria. The hermaphroditic number most are in the peripheral Sichuan basin.
