四川无融合生殖水稻(SAR-1)的遗传研究

摘要: SAR-1花粉高度不育而能自行结实的无融合生殖特性能够世代相传.其花粉不育性受1-2对隐性核基因控制.它与其它品种杂交,在形成真杂种的同时,也能无融合生殖(形成假杂种),具有兼性无融合生殖的性质.与标记亲本杂交,后代出现超常规分离现象.SAR-1的无融合生殖基因能够通过来主转移到其它材料上,可作为遗传工具运用.

Abstract: The apomictic trait of SAR-1 is able to inherit from generation to generation.Its pcllen steritity is controlled by one or two pairs of nuclear recessive genes. When SAR-1 crosses with other parents, some pseudo-hyhrids also occur. So SAR-1 possesses the characteristics of facultative apomixis. The marker genes show abnormal genetic segregation in the offsprings of the crosses between SAR-1 and other varieties, The genes controlling apomixis in SAR-1 can be transferred to other genetic backgrounds.
