减压渗透法将外源DNA导入水稻种胚研究

摘要: 高粱、小麦、小米为供体,水稻品种马来红为受体,于受体种区接受外源NDA的最佳时期,用减压渗透法将供体DNA导入受体种压.当代就出现不同性状的变异株.同工酶分析表明:供、受体和外源DNA转导后的种苗同工酶谱带各不相同;转导后的苗期和抽穗期很尖细胞染色体数目及形状与受体相同.现已获得不同性状的育种材料十多份.

Abstract: Sorghum, common wheat and millet were used as the donors of exogenous DNA and a rice cultivar Malai Red used as the recipient. The donors' DNAs were introduced into the recipient's embryos through decompressed permeation at the optimum stage for the embryo to receive exogenous DMA. Variations were observed in the generation of introduction. Isozyme analyses revealed different patterns among donors, recipient and transduced seedlings. Number and appearances of chromesomes in the root tip cells of the transduced plants at seedling and heading stages were the same as that in the root tip cells of recipient. More than ten variant lines were obtained.
