枝龄、顶芽、IBA对无花果硬枝扦插成苗的影响

摘要: 枝龄、顶芽、IBA分别对无花果硬枝扦插成苗有极显著的影响。三因素不同水平的成苗效应分别为:1年生枝极显著大干2-3年生枝,有顶芽极显著大于无顶芽,1000ppmIBA处理插条1小时极显著大于清水处理。成苗最优组合为有顶芽的1年生枝用IBA处理(86.7%)。无顶芽的2-3年生枝用IBA处理亦有较好的成苗率(70.0%)。无花果为皮部生根类型,、不定根的发生、生长基本上与萌芽、展叶同时进行。

Abstract: Highly significant influences of shoot age, tip bud and IBA treatment were found on the seedling formation of hardwood cutting in Fig. The results showed that in seedling formation rates, one year old shoots were significantly higher than the 2-3 year old shoots; the shoots with a tip bud were significantly higher than the tipless; the treatment with 1000ppm IBA was significantly higher than the water control. The superior treatment combination was one year old shoot age, with a tip bud and treated with IBA (86.7%). The seedling. formation rate of the treatment combination 2-3 year old shoot age, no tip bud and freated with IBA was also good enough (70.0%). Fig grows its roots from the cortical layers. Adventitious root grow up on the underground nodes of the shoots, The formation and growth of adventitious roots were almost synchronous with the formation of budas and the spreading of the leaves.
