速杀威对两种蚜虫、麦圆蜘蛛毒力初筛选和对小绿叶蝉LC50测定

PRIMARY SELECTIONS OF VIRULENCES OF SUSHAWEI TO SEVERAL INSECTS NAD TEST OF LC50 FOR TEA GREEN FLY (EMPOASCA FLAVESCENS)

摘要: 速杀威是由四川成都宏威制药有限公司研制的一种植物性杀虫剂。低浓度50ppm的速杀威对萝卜蚜(Rhopalosiphum pseudobrassicae)的毒力为93.02%,与克敌乐尔108ppm以及乐果200ppm的毒力相当。当速杀成浓度为100ppm时,其毒力高于乐果200ppm,而与克敌乐尔270ppm相当。速杀威l00ppm对茶二叉蚜(Toxo ptera aurantii)的毒力与乐果200ppm以及克敌乐尔270ppm相似。速杀威100ppm对麦圆蜘蛛(Penthaleus major)的毒力与乐果266ppm相当。速杀威对小绿叶蝉(Empoasc flavescens)的LC50值为2.14±0.6825ppm,低于克敌乐尔的LC503.31±0.1586ppm和乐果的LC504.27±0.565ppm值。

Abstract: Sushawei(SSW), produced by Hongwei Company (group), is natural vegetable pesticide. At low concentration 50 ppm, its virulence to the aphid (Rhopalosiphum pseudobrassicae) was 93.02%, similar to those of Kediluole 108 ppm and dimethoate 200ppm. The virulence of Sushawei at concentration 100ppm, however, was higher than dimethoate 200 ppm and similar to Kedilaole 270 ppm. For the tea aphid (Toxoptera aurantii),virulence of Sushawei at 100ppm was equal to those of dimethoate 200ppm and Kediluole 270ppm.There was no difference of virulence to the green wheat mite (Penthaleus major)between sushawei 100ppm and dimethoate 266ppm.LC50 of Sushawei to the tea green fly (Empoasca flavescens) was 2.14±0.6825ppm,lower than Kediluole (LC503.31±0.1586)and dimethoate (LC50 4.27±0.565).
